Flat Fee Attorney Representation $750
We offer a flat fee for non-contested dissolution (divorce), non contested modification of child support and modification of parenting plans. Currently, our flat fee is $750 for a non contested divorce or modification, including the initial consultation. This includes a one-hour consultation or mediation session, drafting all necessary documents and pleadings, filing them with the Superior Court of Washington, obtaining the judge's signature and finalizing (filing) the dissolution decree.
Flat Fee for Drafting of Divorce Documents: $450
This includes a one-hour consultation or mediation, drafting of all dissolution or modification documents, and a provision of a check-list for you to file your own case and attend the hearing to present the orders to the judge on your own.
