My office is located in downtown, Vancouver, WA in Clark County.
Therefore, I offer a one-hour consultation, either in person or by telephone conference call.

If both parties agree:
If both parties are in agreement I can meet with both parties to go over the law and process and help them iron out the details of their agreement. If I have met with both parties, I cannot later represent one party in a contested case.

If both parties have not yet reached an agreement:
If it is not yet known whether the parties will agree, I can meet with one party and they can take their proposal to the other party to try and negotiate their own agreement. If the matter becomes contested and I have met with one party I can then represent that party in court but a new hourly fee agreement must be reached.

Filing Documents in Clark County:
I file all documents in a flat fee noncontested case. I then present the final orders to the judge at the end of the 90 day mandatory waiting period. Parties may attend court with me but it is not required that they attend so long as both parties have signed off on the agreement.

Filing Fees:

Dissolution and Separation Filing Fees are currently $280, unless waived by the court due to lack of income.
